Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee which will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

•       Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days

•       Tier 2 cities: 4-6 business days

•       Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 6-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Banwaree is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and others depending on your delivery location. You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 97244 49280 for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India. COD availability is subject to your pincode and order value. COD orders may take an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Banwaree is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reship. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.
