At Banwaree, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. We want you to love every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your request must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date as confirmed by our courier partner.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags must be intact and attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Item must not have been altered, embroidered, or customised after delivery
• Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items with missing tags or packaging
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Customised or personalised orders
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 97244 49280 or email within 3 days of delivery
• Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item
• Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions
• Please do not ship the item before receiving confirmation from our team
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when contacting us
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
